The title says it all. ^_^
I always order "spicy tuna combo" here, I like their sashimi (or sushi, I dunno the terms) and they serve large ones compared to other sushi restos... I ordered different sushi resto and they always gave kinda small portion and pretty hard to eat. One time I ate something I think expired, it made me kinda sick from that night. But here in Sushi Cafe I never experienced anything bad, and the sashimi (or sushi, it's tuna or salmon meat on top of long sticky rice) is large and tasty... Dunno how they do it but it's good and, for sure, not expired meat. I ate here long enough and never experienced anything bad...
They gave also large portions of ginger, for presentation it doesn't look "professional" but, hey, it's going to end up in your stomach right? Hehe! :)
"California special" here is pretty good deal in my opinion. $4.95 I guess (for sure less than $5) for 16pcs of California rolls.
I order a lot here to treat my friend and co-workers.
It's a good one to be honest and I always order here... They already know me, w/c kinda sometimes embarass me but I'm after the food so I'm ok with it. They're nice and friendly. ^_^
located inside Sinclair Centre this is one of the better places to grab quick sushi on your lunch break downtown. one of the few japanese run places, they've got a variety of rolls and a few combos to choose from. they're quick, tasty, and good value for downtown. dont forget to start your stamp card and collect your stamps for free food!
