Sushi Bella is a unique Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy traditional Japanese cuisin with slight twist. This is the second location of North Vancouver's Sushi Bella.
I agree with the previous reviewer. This place is great! The service was quick and friendly, tea was hot, room was cozy and comfy and the food was yummy! We ordered the dream salad. So many goodies in there! Fresh crab, creamy avocado, shiitake mushrooms, shrimp, edamame, tuna tataki and greens dressed with ponzu! The crunchy go-go roll was also great. Two large tempura prawns and crisp cucumber served with crunchy bits and spicy mayo. The pork belly with kimchi and tofu was tasty but we will likely not order it again. The fresh clams were a miss.
I'm really looking forward to going back! They have lots of unique rolls I'd love to try.
Purchased a $30.00 for $15.00 coupon on Living Social for this place a while back with intentions of taking a friend who lives in the neighbourhood to dinner. Friend or no friend I will be going back for sure. We were seating quickly and and handed menus. The menu is laid out for quick reference. The server was over quickly to see if we were ready to order and returned in a good amount of time when we were. We ordered the calamari with thai chilli dipping sauce, trio of agedashi tofu, crunchy Go-Go roll, lady mango and deep fried cali. The rolls were between $6.00-$7.00. Everything we ordered was yummy! The calamari was cooked to perfection. The rolls were fancy and unique. This is not your regular sushi place and the food is priced right!
