A café in The Station.
I was dashing through the station and realized I missed my Seabus. Suddenly I had time to linger. There are lots of shops in the station but I hadn't noticed this one before. The cafe is located next to a juice bar and opposite the lotto kiosk. The inside was welcoming and had places to sit and enjoy a beverage in the nicely appointed lounging area. The display cabinet had lots of bakery and sandwich choices.
I opted for a cafe mocha and a shortbread cookie. The server was friendly and prepared an excellent brew exactly the way I asked. The cookie was melt in the mouth good. Plus it wasn't too expensive.
All of a sudden missing my Seabus seemed like a good thing.
I'll be back.
