Would NEVER go back

Had an hour for lunch, waited between 30-45 minutes for our 2 wraps to be handed over to us. We only had 3 customers ahead of us. Only 2 employees at the store. One on cash and the other had to make and run out to deliver someone's lunch. Understaffed, slow, and has poor customer service. Their servings used to be lower priced and have lots of meat in them. Now, prices have increased, the sauce has increased, the meats have decreased. Using up the lunch hour waiting for the food is the last straw. Would never go back.

Favorite Indian joint on campus.

The extravagant combination of exquisite flavors and prompt service made for a pleasant Indian food after-noon. Friendly & knowledgeable staff answered questions, and made appropriate suggestions. Do not forget to mention your spice level as they tailor the food to your needs. Although a bit pricey, I will definitely consider a delivery option in he near future. Quality Indian food on campus.

Came hungry, left hungry minus $8.90.

Came hungry, bought $8.90 for take out dinner, left hungry.
1 tiny scoop of meat is just not enough! And I'm a tiny Asian girl. What would the Varsity Team at UBC eat?
Not enough spices, flavor. Enough if you were an amateur sampler of Indian cuisine and if you were just here for a small, snack sample. Don't come here if you're hungry. Don't come here if you really want good, flavorful Indian food. Question: does the food just sit there all day in the trays??
I talked to the manager, employee and boss. Employee was responsive of my opinions and agrees with me. Boss was in total denial. First he asked my opinion, and I gave him positive remarks and then some criticism. He couldn't take the criticism and just ignored me. I don't like feeling ignored and unrespected. I've worked at an Indian restaurant for 8 years. I know what I'm doing.

Indian surprize

Although there is not a lot of places to sit in this cafe, its nice to know there is fresh indian food on campus.
I liked how they had three vegetarian options and were able to give me choices aside from just a curry.
They were very polite and friendly even when there was a line up out the door. I will go back. I was surprized to see how many choices they had and the food was just warm enough.
