This place has one of the best butter chicken dishes in Vancouver. I ordered Butter Chicken many times from various places but it wasn't what I really hoped for, so i ordered from pizza factory because my friend recommended it to me. I had the #1 special for delivery and it was honestly the best Butter Chicken i have had for a while. I recommend Pizza Factory for all those Butter Chicken lovers out their like me.
The delivery service was fast and when i got the butter chicken it wasn't cold or poorly packed it was perfect and what i hoped for.
Me and my husband have been ordering there pizza for a while now and today we ordered a delivery for a pizza with pepperoni, ham, bacon, mushrooms and cheese with a side order of garlic toast. When it arrived i was excited because i was craving some greasy pizza, as soon as the guy left i opened the top only to find olives and onions on the pizza (nasty!) and the garlic toast felt old and soggy. Not appealing at all. I called them to say they mixed up my order hoping they would give me a deal for the next time i ordered, only to hear the lady on the phone say that it wasnt her problem. I promptly told her that she lost a good customer who tips well and orders pizza at least 2-3 times a month from them. There's plenty of other pizza places out there!
I ordered a large 2 topping pizza. It was $8.50 after tax... a Monday take-out special.. I think it's normally $9.50 on other days. The crust tasted a bit salty... But I liked it.. it was better than the normal crusts I get that are dry and tastelss. I got tomatoes and sausage on it. The tomatoes weren't full slices... they looked like they were chopped up in large quantities in the morning when the store opened or bought by the bag. But they weren't bad for $8.50. the sausage was good too, as was the sauce.. All in all.. as far as cheap pizza goes... I would say it was pretty damn good. Would go great with some beer and a hockey game. they also serve all sorts of other stuff there.. like lasagna and indian food. I think I will go back one day. They have good specials too. 3 large 2 topping pizzas for like $30. Pretty rad. Enjoy :)
We ordered 2 pizzas and were extremely disappointed. The butter chicken pizza tasted nothing like actual butter chicken, although the fresh cilantro on top was a nice touch. The toppings on the tandoori pizza, were actually pretty good. But the pizza crust..... omg...talk about dense and poorly made. I nearly broke my teeth trying to bite into it. It tasted more like unleavened bread than pizza crust. Like they just slapped flour and water together (no kneading, no yeast, no sugar, no fat) and called it dough. They seriously need to learn to make dough properly. Because it was awful. Won't order from this place again.
