Pho Hoa restaurants feature naturally flavored, low-calorie soups with the choicest slices of brisket, flank, eye round steak. Each bowl of soup is accompanied with fresh coriander leaves, bean sprouts, hot peppers, and lemon wedges.
I don't know about Health Conscious Choice, but that didn't occur to me when my friends and i ate there last Saturday, November 1st. I ordered the #15 Large, with soup and all that stuff. Then after we finished eating, i couldn't sleep that night and the next day i threw up. Then started having stomach upset problems. I thought it would come and go, but no. I went to the doctor today and told me that i have food poisoning. I always used to go there with no problems, but that will be changed. I don't know what the chefs are doing back there, but they better have some proper training on how to manipulate food. Never going to eat there again! Maybe it may never have happened to you.....yet, but eat at your own risk.
Bad service, a large noodle soup is like a small at other restaurants. The manager is never there. The manager always hire his family members and they're hardly working. Pho Hoa.. is not the place for pho lovers. Go somewhere else just cuz they're open 24hrs. There's kim penh on kingsway and joyce. :) Well that's why opinion. Maybe your experince at this restaurant is better but I doubt it.
I have found the quality and quantity of the serving they give you has deteriorated quite a bit. I found that the meat they use in their food appears to be sort of a low grade quality and the broth a little bit off. If you plan on eating Vietnamese food then I suggest another restuarant.
