This restaurant has been around for ages and I was there a month ago for dim sum after a twenty five year hiatus. The food is good value and was better than what I was expecting. No real reason why I haven't been back but the fact there are so many places to eat.

The shrimp dumplings - har gow are huge and well made but the dumpling skin could be a bit stronger - chewier.

Contrary to the introduction to this restaurant. There were no crowds and it was not packed nor chaotic. The waiters/waitresses had time to provide decent service. The music played allowed me to reminisce mid-80's canto pop and it brought back memories of a time when Vancouver was just about to undergo a change to more exclusive/better quality Chinese restaurants. Nice to see this restaurant is still around.

I was somewhat concerned about eating here and how clean it would be. The food was good however the washroom was not that clean.

I would recommend this restaurant over Floata based on my visit here. The price is right here too!

my family have been going here for dimsum for years. we always have a great time. we came across it by chance, its hard to find with only a door at ground level.the food is well priced and generally very good. i dont beleive i have ever ordered anything that did not enjoy. we always worry that weve ordered too much food but it always gets eaten. the waiters are very kind and efficient.

has the the best duck feet in vancouver!!!

I first discovered the Park Lok about 20 years ago. As of 2 weeks ago I've been there twice. The place has not changed much. It needs a restaurant makeover for sure, but the food is good, and the prices are too. Safe to eat in.
