Love that pizza!

FOOD
One of the few pizza joints worth returning to. Love the burger pizza with blue cheese dressing...yes it sounds gross, but try it first! The sesame topped crust is a nice touch. The prices are great btw.

SERVICE
It's fast food pizza...so they take your order and give you your pizza.

AMBIANCE
It's a small hole in the wall...though with pizza like this, I could care less.

Highly recommended!

Best Late Night Pizza Ever

This is the best pizza in the world when its 2am and you just got out of a club or something. They have a lot of selection and neat pizza you dont see many places. So much better than the crappy other places around it. Priced great too only 1.50 a slice. Only bad part is the line because there always is one. Great pizza especially when your craving something like this to.

Best Pizza Ever!

First I'd like to qualify this review by saying I have been to numero uno numerous times when sober, so what I'm about to say isn't coloured only by experiences while under the infuence...

I've been visiting numero uno whenever I get a chance. My friends and I always stop by numero uno for pizza after clubbing. In fact, before they opened their Granville location, we used to walk 6 blocks to Davie St. (ignoring all the other pizza joints on the way) just for Numero uno. (yes, in heels, after dancing) That is how much we love it. The pizza is slightly more expensive than the 99cent places but well worth it! Service is always fast and efficient. Place looks clean.

Recommended: The blue cheese with ground beef pizza may just be the best pizza ever!

Dont ask for a box - They charge 50c. Thats the last they will get of my business - If I have eaten 6 slices a week for the last year then that is 450 bucks they wont get of mine per year plus I hope they wont get yours either. 50c for a box when you buy 4 slices. How else are you meant to get them home when you are driving.

A drunks dream pizza
By drres of Kitsilano, Vancouver (9 Reviews)

Pizza is pretty tasty but does seem to lack something, perhaps a sauce with a little more spice/taste. I love that they put sesame seeds on the crust, makes up for the no taste sauce. The selection is great. The service is poor but I guess since they mostly deal with the late night drunks what can I expect. I work graveyard and late night is the only time I go to this place. I would guess the service might be better in the day time?

Best pizza place in downtown!

Recently visited Numero Uno with my girlfriend. We really liked the variety of oven fresh pizzas available here. Prices are quite reasonable & the pizza just melts in your mouth! We tried veg, pineapple & meat. The place is always crowded and is an indicator of it's popularity. Ambience is not that great but the delicious pizzas compensate for that. I'm now a regular!

I heart Pizza!

I went to grab a slice of pizza from Numero Uno last night with my buddy, he especially loves their beef and blue cheese pizza. When I got there, I was amazed at how much selection they had! Most pizza by the slice joints I go to, only offer about 3 selections of ready to go pizzas. This place had at least 8 or 9 freshly baked and even more ready to go in the pizza oven. That just shows you what the demand is for this pizza! They have just as many vegetarian options as meat options and every slice is $1.50 including tax!
Their pizzas are topped with a sesame crust which gives that extra crunch!
I can't wait to go back to try another flavor!
