Discovered this place about 3 months ago,and now we go once a week. Don't live in the area..but worth the drive! Delicious butter chicken, best Naan I have ever found. Samosas are great, prices are cheap. The two girls we encoutered there,Raj and Joti are so nice..polite and keep us supplied with melt in your mouth Naan bread. I was hesitant to post this review as I hate busy restaurants..but this one should be busier..should be lined up. we used to go to a few Indian buffets on Davie street downtown..but the don't come close to the quality or freshness of the items here..LOVE this place!! A vegetarian Indian food-lover's dream come true. Awesome buffet offerings- plenty of paneer dishes, stuffed naan, large samosas, and veggie dishes! Add soft, hot fresh naan delivered right to your table, very friendly service, and outstanding value- definitely a new favorite! I can't wait to go back!
I've only tried New Novelty's sweets and they are superb. They are very reasonably priced, always fresh, and taste so much better than those at other sweet shops. Everytime I'm in the area I buy a box of sweets to go and share. I've tried a lot of Indian Sweet Shops and I'm convinced that New Novelty is one of the best in the city.
