I went in to this pizza place and i saw the most disgusting thing ever, this guy was cooking the pizza's and chicken wings and i saw him put his hand in his pants from behind and then i noticed that he did not wash them after. I turned and walked just right out of there..... thats just disgusting, hands should be washed always especially in a small restaurant....people like that shouldnt be allowed to have a pizza place.....i also have a friend that went in there and saw a guy picking their nose and not wash their hands too... like, was is that....!!!!! i would'nt recommend this mr.pan pizza place near joyce station, to anyone... its just terrible and disgusting....if the city hall only knew how disgusting these guys are........they should'ne give this guy a license for his business, they should send an inspector to this place.!!!

Bad customer service

I have ordered from this place a few times. The pizza is usually good, but never great. Quality overall is hit and miss, and the crust is very dense and dry. Honestly, nobody in Vancouver seems to know how to make a truly great pizza like in New York, Chicago, or even Calgary, and I have resigned myself to this fact.

This week we ordered what we usually do: two medium pizzas, one with chicken and bacon, the other with pepperoni, green peppers, and tomatoes. For some reason, this time the chicken arrived coated in black pepper. It was too spicy for my wife to eat, and even I found it to be very spicy. I looked at the menu and it was advertised in there as "BBQ chicken." I'm guessing this is a cultural/language barrier, because I know of no BBQ chicken recipe that calls for it to be coated in black pepper.

I called them back and informed the lady on the phone of our problem. I asked if their chicken was always like this. She said yes (not true). I told her I was unhappy and wanted to have the pizza replaced. She refused, saying "who will eat your pizza now?" That's hardly my problem! I realized that the concept of good customer service was not in this woman's skill set and hung up. She clearly doesn't understand that by refusing to give me a free $12 pizza she has lost hundreds of dollars in business and caused this negative review to go up. She didn't even apologize.

I'm tired of pizza places in this city run by people who clearly don't give a crap about pizza or their customers. If you want truly good pizza in this neighbourhood, I recommend Zorro's up on Boundary and Joyce. The only reason I called Mr Pan Pizza in the first place was that Zorro's only takes cash and I had none on me. I knew it was a bad idea and I should have just run out to the bank. Never again.

i ordered a manager's special #8 - 2 large 4 topping pizzas with a 2L coke for $19.99 out of the 2007-2008 canpages. I knew their would be a $1.99 delivery charge.

when the pizza came to the door it was $29.99.

i called and talked to them and they told me it was an old yellow pages.

the pizza itself is ok - but the service is terrible.

also on a previous occasion i ordered a salad. what did i get? take some bag salad from superstore - let it get brown - then take a handful and put it in a small styrofoam burger box and put that in a brown paper bag. don't include any dressing or fork.

avoid this restaurant.

The pizza pan is a good food and a good kind to eat for lunch. My best pizza is pineapple their pineapple are so yummy. Maybe they will be the best pizza restuarant.People will also ask them to teach them how to make pizzas.I hope their pizza shop make lot's of money. But their service are kind of good.I love their pizza.
