I am self admitted espresso snob. I accidentally stumbled upon Milano while in Gastown for brunch a while back. As usual, I ordered a cappuccino as its kind of a dessert for me after weekend brunch. The espresso took a while to get and the barista even asked us how exactly we liked our espresso. It may have taken an extra minute or two, but it was the best cappuccino I've had in Vancouver; lots of foam, crema and not milky like a latte. I will be back.
