I go here often, as I work nearby. The counter staff are friendly and efficient and the food is fresh. They used to give you coffee for a buck if you brought your own cup. They have upped that price now, but it is still good value and they have a good dark roast. The muffins are good and the breakfast wraps are excellent.
Overall I found Mangez Mangez to be surprisingly mediocre and I'm not sure if I will go back again.
The Steak Sandwich special I had was small, expensive, and did not really taste that good, and was not even heated properly even though it was under a Panini Press for 15 minutes.
The quality of the meat reminded me of Subway, and the sandwich supposedly had peppers and onions although I could not taste any. The cheese was obviously Cheddar even though it was supposed to have Jack, and while the Bread was decent, it was still basically average. The sandwich itself was quite small, and cost over $7, so I was expecting more than what it was.
The service was slow even though I went in before the lunch crowd, and as mentioned, the sandwich was under the press for almost 15 minutes even though they said it would be only 5.
I had heard many good things about this restaurant so maybe I caught them on a bad day, but at this point I can't recommend Mangez Mangez, although I might try them again later.
