I discovered this place rather accidentally. Unlike other bubble tea place that uses powder to make bubble tea, they use real fruit, and lots of them in the tea, and the price is $3.50 with or without pearls. The owner even show us the fruit she uses which is very fresh (during summer... otherwise it has to be frozen fruit). It's unbelievable! My family keeps coming back to this place. We try passion fruit once and there was half a passion fruit inside.. given the price of buying fresh passion fruit, it's a real deal!
