i really like this place!!! the service isn't the best..sometimes you might have to wait about 5-10 minutes..but there is a tv and playing cards there which provides awesome entertainment! the furniture isn't so high class and wahtever, but the bubble tea is very very good!!!

try this place!!!! it's convenient, though i bus there just to get bubble tea..but it is awesome, like seriously. i love the bubble tea, i reccommend green tea ice cream with half pearls half jelly. AWESOME! :D

A Staple

I've sampled many many bubbletea places all around Greater Vancouver, and I have to say that in terms of being accomodating and having fresh, great tasting bubble teas that are made well, L&G is definitely my favorite. I've been faithful to the place ever since I discovered it as a freshman at UBC, and since then no other place I've been to has consistently impressed me with their bbt as much at L&G. The furnishings are not the most inviting, but I go for their drinks and fact that they can make any combination of flavours and add-ons I desire.

nice shaved ice

i tried the shaved ice here, not the bubble tea yet. the shaved ice was worth trying. the ice was so smooth. i never had such smooth shaved ice like that before. for $5 you'll get 3 toppings n a pretty big portion of flavoured ice. the toppings were flavorful too. i like the pudding one for the topping.
the place is small, like usual bubble tea place. but this place is clean, and so is the tables.
overall, i was pretty satisfied with it.
