Let's Roll is a small sushi bar serving customized sushi as well as some fruit juices/bubble tea.
Came down here on a recommendation and decided to check this place where, in a kind of "Subway" deli style, you choose the wrapper (seaweed or soy), type of rice (white, mixed grain or "green" i.e. white rice cooked in spinach water to keep the vitamins), two vegetarian filling options (including unusual ones like papaya or mango along with the regular tamago, avocado, etc.), two meat-type options (fresh salmon, tuna, chopped scallops, prawn tempura, etc.), a choice of toppings and dressings to finish it off. The concept of getting to choose what you want, to customize your own sushi roll is unique and delicious. For $7.95, you get 10 big pieces and great service with a smile.
Can't recommend this part of the menu enough.
For their shakes, they use fresh fruit and tho' kind of watery, at least are healthier than other "bubble tea" type of drinks.
There isn't much space to sit down and eat, but English Bay is right outside so enjoy your meal out there, esp. now that spring's here. You won't regret coming down!
