The Leeteg Room in the Waldorf Hotel behind Nuba Cafe. The Spanish menu offers creative dishes prepared with the best ingredients, brought from as close to home as possible. Dishes are made for sharing and served alongside a drink menu featuring wines from various Spanish regions.
Stumbled across this as we tried to eat at Nuba but they were booked solid. We had taken a chance and walked over on a Saturday night. Of course Nuba was full with a wait of over an hour! But they seated us right away at Leeteg. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was. We had two great ciders (from England and Ireland) and then shared four items from the Tapas menu. The bread was very nice and we both enjoyed the variety of food. We were shocked at how quickly the food arrived at our table.....especially as the restaurant was quite full. We shared a nice dessert (molten chocolate lava cake) and it was very nice. Our bill was 78 bucks and we will definitely return.
