If you're looking for a quiet place to eat in the heart of downtown, this is the place! due to it's location, it's totally overlooked by the tourists and the locals alike (unless you work in/around the law courts). We were there for lunch, both of us had the soup/sandwich deal....the food wasn't overly fancy, but it was definitely good (solid above average) and it was certainly good value.
Probably because of the obvious clientele, the service was very good, and it certainly had a fine-dining, but relaxed ambiance.
