Come in and enjoy world-class coffee, brewed from beans freshly roasted by the owner Jason while enjoying classical music in this European-style coffee shop. Specializing in Syphon Style coffee, which is a delicate method of brewing coffee that allows the distinct characteristics of each type of coffee bean to be expressed completely. We also serve the more common espresso-based coffees, as well as sandwiches, Panini and soups. Most pastries are homemade and we ensure only the healthiest ingredients are used; absolutely no food colouring or other chemical additives are added.
I like the place having patio and nice window seating. However, given two trys, if you are picky about coffee (I always only order Latte), there is other better places to go nearby Kerrisdale. I would only go to this place knowing my guest or friends don't care much about coffee but liking to sit in a nice place for ambiance and service. I would say, give it a try, see if you like their coffee =)
I ordered Blue Mountain Blend coffee, and it was the best coffee I've ever had. The cake was delicious, too. Next week, I brought my husband with me, and he enjoyed his coffee as well. Very good service. I'd only wish the place was a little bigger and easier to find.
Both coffee and dessert are best in term of taste and quality. The only thing this shop needs to improve is to have more food items. Owner there is friendly and so does the staff there. I go there once a week. Thanks to Dine Here review. I finally found a place for good coffee in Richmond.
