Came here with the sweetheart for a coffee. They have a number of tables and chairs, plus a very comfy leather cough and two armchairs.
The walls are decorated with original photographs, posters, and artwork. Top 40s and dance music playing, not too loud but audible.
The staff are very friendly, and didn't harass us even though we lingered over two cups of coffee for over an hour. The entire restaurant, including the cooking space, seating area, and washrooms were spotless.
I recommend this little coffee spot as an excellent place to catch up with friends or get a light lunch while shopping on 4th.
This place looks cool from the outside ( plus it appears to be licensed ) but don't let appearances fool you. The second ( and last ) time I purchased a coffee at this place I was met with the rudest most discriminatory attitude and remarks I have ever received at a coffee shop anywhere. And this came from either a manager or an owner(unless I am to assume the have a random 45 year old man working there ). Sure, I was tired, scruffy, looking liked I had just woken up. But it's A COFFEE SHOP!... people do go there in the morning...
Don't waste your time with this place. Go to Wired Monk down the street or even Starbucks.
