Indian Fusion offers a menu of traditional Indian cuisine with a fresh vibrant twist. Authentic spices are blended with fresh ingredients then slow cooked, infusing the food with the unique flavours of India.
i had been given a menu for indian fusion( IF) from a friend of mine. He told me that i had to go try there food and so i went.I was seated shortly after they had told me that they were gonna set a table for me by the window. My server was nice and professionally dressed but looked more like a football player then a server (just saying) he came over after i sat down and asked if i had any questions with the menu and i asked him what he would recommend and he suggested that i try the rosemary lamb chops which is on there fusion grill menu so i gave it a shot and also ordered one of there cocktail i think it was called hot mess in mumbai. The the drink was amazing it had fresh bananas and guava juice and given to me right away, when the food came out i was amazed with the presentation the way it was set on the plate. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked nice and moist and tender and the sauce was amazing. It also came with rice, naan bread, salad and vegetables. I wasnt a fan of the salad because i really dont like salads too much but the veggies and the lamb chops were to die for WOW . The service was great and i find out our server was the owner which became obvious because of the way he talked to everyone, explaining everything on the menu in detail which is helpful for people who dont have much knowledge about indian food. The food here is excellent, service is awesome and the place is really clean, modern and fancy. I will be back
I keep trying this place and hoping for better. The food tastes fine, but comes in very small portions and nothing ever “wows” me. What I do like it, though, is that they don’t go overboard on the oil, which is my complaint about some other local Indian places.
In my experience the service is usually kind of strange – not bad exactly, but slow and often kind of awkward.
I’d say give this place a whirl if you are in the area and feel like Indian. However, there is nothing here to make a special trip for.
