Chinese standard fair with a mix of Western dishes.
Food: better than most HK style cafes you find in Vancouver...they even have bubble tea!
Service: Decent most of the time...they can be a bit friendlier. Only problem I went there once and the waiters were playing mahjong? The place was actually closed...but we didn't know because the front door was open. They just stared at us without saying anything! Very rude.
Ambiance: A bustling small restaurant in a very very quiet neighbourhood. The place seems to be clean.

There is nothing really outstanding with this place other than it is a good place to go late at night for "sui yeh" in cantonese. The food here is alright, the service is alright, the value was alright. This place if anything, is another typical asian restaurant. Nothing special. Really.
We went here for dinner last night and decided to order some curry as the table next to us ordered the same thing and it looked really good. We also ordered a dish of pork chops with salt and pepper (deep fried and spicy too).
When the dishes came out, they were a good-sized serving. When we dug into the chicken curry, we were not disappointed at all. The meat was all dark meat, that's probably why it tasted so good. Dark meat has more flavor and it's not dry like white meat. My dinner companion commented that it was the best chicken curry he's had so far (which is pretty good considering we've had all types of chicken curry). My salt & pepper pork chop dish was not too shabby either. The pork chop was tender and not too dry. I would have liked it with a bit more kick (spice wise), but it was still very good.
At the end of the meal, we were promptly given a tapioca-type soup/dessert. I haven't been given this type of free dessert from a restaurant in ages! It was a nice surprise ... and an even better surprise when the dessert was actually really good. I would have asked for another one (and gladly paid for it), if I wasn't so full from the curry and pork chops.
Our bill for the curry, pork chops, two bowls of rice, a large pop came to $19.20. A steal of a deal for what we ate. I'll definitely be frequently this place.
