Poor Service: Unfriendly male waiters and poor order taking
By foxyb of Vancouver (Dunbar) (1 Review)

One of their tall male waiters was very unfriendly-no smile, no eye contact, and does not wait until we finish ordering and walks off; we had to call him back to make sure he got our order right. Unexpectedly, the food that arrived wasn't what we ordered! We had to send it back and as a result had to wait for a very long time for our food to come.

On another occasion, our noodle dish came lukewarm. We had to send it back to be microwaved. The waitress took it and brought it into the kitchen. We waited for about 15 minutes and eventually found out she had forgotten about it. Lukewarm noodle dishes and sent back food happened a few occasions.

Were it not for my grandmother who tolerated the unfriendly and impatient service but still found the food okay, I would never go back.

I would NOT recommend this restaurant based on the poor service.

Try the desserts!

The food there is much better than a lot of Chinese restaurants with similar menus. I like that it is a casual place to have a family dinner but it still offers good quality. But even if I'm not having a family dinner I go there with my husband if I have a craving for dessert.

Their specialty is the ginger milk custard. They make it the best I've ever tasted. Their tofu dessert is also superb because its texture is as smooth as silk. A must try!
