Wow. We thought we would have an excellent experience at this highly regarded restaurant and boy, were we WRONG. This was our second time at the restaurant, hoping to have a better meal after the first time we were here. We were seated at a table for dim sum, but were not asked or given any tea. Seeing that the waiters (there were about 3-4 of them) were not busy, we asked one for some tea. Looking as if he was half-heartedly listeing, he muttered "ok" and left. After 10 minutes, our tea still had not arrived! And so we got another waiter and told him that we had already asked for it but had not gotten any. After about 5 minutes, both waiters came back and both had teapots. The first one got extremely angry and yelled us for asking twice. He muttered something rude and offensive, and left. We were really angry but did not want to make a scene and ordered our food instead. Since we did not have any plates, bowls or spoons, we asked for those along with what we wanted to order. (We didn't want to bug the waiters too many times) Our food then came REALLY late, about 30-40 minutes late. We also noticed that other tables who came later than us and ordered later (and who seemed to know the waiters) got their food much earlier than ours. The waiters were extremely rude to us during the entire meal, including the manager. Our experience was spoiled and so was the food. We are never returning again and not advising our friends to either. If you want crap service, (unless you know them really well), this is the place to go.
