Before I sound like a really picky cheap ass, I've paid less at other diners close by for greater portions and tastier food. I can be pleased.
The chicken quesadilla my buddy ordered was appetizer sized.
The alfredo pasta I ordered was small, greasy, and tasted like milk and margarine till I tried to save it with Tabasco.
Staff there was awesome. I could see people going there for the service... and maybe the Baskin Robin's.
I probably won't go back. There are far better places to go in this city.
Banners is a family type restaraunt with a rather large menu.
they have specials for lunch and dinner these can vary quite a bit.
recent they have a clam fettucini with grilled salmon and garlic bread which was very good. overall nice atmosphere and reliable food.

very community friendly restraunt, always good service. Breakfast is always good. When trout is in season it is the best thing to order ;) there is an open bar for salad that is always fresh. Baskin Robins is also available on menu.
My husband and I eat at Banner's regularly and, while no restaurant is perfect, this one meets our requirements quite nicely, thank you very much. It is clean and the service is fast and friendly -- very important early in the morning and in the evening after a long day at work.
Their breakfasts are particularly good -- eggs, bacon, waffles, and healthy choices galore.
