I come here around once a week when i have a break from school. The pizzas are always delicious, loaded with toppings and there's a good selection to choose from at all times. I'd say out of the fast pizza joints, this one is the best. I guess you'd expect so since they do cost significantly more than say, Panago or Pizza Hut. But I love how they have some very creative pizzas and the funky combinations and ingredients usually work. (Who else puts figs on their pizzas). My favourite is still the cheesy rom though, just o so cheezy. The lady who works there when I usually go is super friendly and pleasant too. Lets just say this place satisfies all my cravings for a nice slice of pie.
Last year, I submitted an order online. Shortly after, I received an abrupt call from a man who snapped that the restaurant wouldn't be delivering at that time and could I please "manage to wait until after 4:30." Fine, I thought, and figured he was having a bad day.
I gave explicit directions on how to access the house and double-checked it with Mr. Crankypants on the phone, but the woman delivering the food ended up going to the wrong house anyway. She acted as if it were my fault when the address was very clearly printed on the receipt. She didn't wish me a good day or anything, basically just shoved the pizzas into my arms after I paid and left.
The pizza itself was great, but the crappy service I received from this location does not make it worth the extra cost.
