Me and some gfs went here late on a friday night. I came very late (around 12) after they had a bottle of wine and whineos and a couple of cosmos at the edge. I made them order food and I quickly catched up with my own cosmos. I told the server I was industry (which is usually code for I drink alot and tip well) and to keep coming around because I needed to catch up to my gfs. She didn't come around enough but not enough to ruin our night. The music was too loud, considering it is more of a lounge setting not a night club but since they are newer I let it slide. I had the lemon meringue martini and couldn't get enough of it, especially since it has REAL graham cracker rim. The food we had was pretty good which was a flatbread on the late night menu. What made me come back though was our bill for the night was only about 120. for 3 girls, some food and alot of cosmos on granville that is astoundingly cheap. my gf who couldn't remember writing out a review sent it in and recieved a free appie coupon recently. We will be going back, especially for a pre drink before the clubs and if wings doesn't have a good bartender working.

The food was pretty good but nothing that would make me say "ooh that looks good" if it passed by.
Mandatory gratuity is always annoying especially when you have to wait about an hour for food.
Oh and for dessert their only ice cream flavors were chocolate or peanut butter and nothing else not even vanilla.

This is the experience I had...

Went to The Edge for a friends birthday and it didn't turn out very well. We got the private room for 8 people(the room fits 10) that had a distracting flickering light on the wall. There was big party of about 12-18 people booked around the same time as us and the waitress told us that the food would be about 15 minutes late, and we were okay with it, so we started to talk for about 45 minutes and then started wondering why the food still hadn't come, and no one came to tell us why it was delayed an for about an hour(although the waitress did say sorry for the wait). While we were about finished eating the we noticed a small fire(which I don't think any of the staff noticed) on the table(accidentally started by the party and put out in like 5-10 seconds) just outside the only exit of the room, we joked about how we would be screwed if they couldn't put it out.
