I'm almost afraid to write about this place because I don't want to deal with a crowd, but they really deserve a good review. I've been there several times (open for lunch only) and I can honestly say the food is the best value around. The staff is all trainees, supervised by professionals, and they are really learning to cook and serve. I have friends who won't eat some dishes anywhere else because the others can't compare. Simple but good, and the staff really care about your opinion. That alone is refreshing.
