This little gem in Vancouver serves great pasta! The staff were accommodating and happy to guide us through the menu, and we enjoyed a fine meal that was well presented and beautifully cooked. I came here once for lunch and dinner. I personally like their angel hair pasta with the seafood. It was rich and delicious. On the other time, I felt adventurous and ordered the seafood risotto, which I thought has excellent flavours. If this was just nearer to our home, I would visit and eat here regularly.
I had asked my wife were would you like to go for our 13th Anniversary. A colleague at work told her about Cinch Grill. So Jan 14/15 we went to have dinner at this restaurant. My wife is a chef and is very fussy about what she eats. Very hard to take her out anywhere, so she will enjoy the food. When we arrived at 5pm the Hostess a very lovely young lady greeted us with her smile. I appreciated her Professionalism in the way she made us feel comfortable as soon as we walked through the door.
The food was very tasty and was presented well by the Chef. We both went away feeling full and satisfied. The Hostess made our evening relaxed and very glad we came. We will go back at some future date. As we both were very happy with our experience at this restaurant.
Thank you very much
