  • At Chocolate Arts, chocolates are crafted daily in small batches using the finest ingredients available. Their creations begin with the very best raw chocolate from producers in Belgium & France. For fillings, absolutely no colorings, additives, or anything artificial is used whatsoever. All purees, concentrates, essences, most dried fruits and flavored alcohols are house-made. Most produce added is locally grown, nurtured by organic growers. This ensures you'll enjoy only the most succulent chocolates - made with natural and delicious temptations like wild blackberries, raspberries, cranberries, blueberries, hazelnuts, pears, pumpkins, and peaches.

my 2nd favorite place for chocolate

I came here for lunch and had a $7.95 beef and brie sandwich, it was ok-good.. 3/5, a $3.20 cappuccino that was good and better then most places 4/5, and a $3.95 sweet corn ice cream bar that was yummy!
Now for the main reason I came here, the chocolate..
I bought some to go and tried:
(Champagne Truffle) A milk chocolate ganache perfumed with sparkling wine & rich marc de champagne coated in sparkly sugar.
(Cristina) A distinctive blend of tart lemon essence, Galliano liqueur, vanilla bean & white chocolate rolled in bitter cocoa.
(Hazelnut Truffle) Hazelnut paste & milk chocolate ganache topped with chopped, caramelized hazelnuts.
(Poire) Oven-roasted organic Anjou pear, milk chocolate & a splash of Poire William liqueur enrobed in dark chocolate.
(Rustica Truffle) Dark chocolate ganache infused with cinnamon, honey & vanilla beans, sprinkled with roasted cocoa nibs.
(Coffee & Cardamom Truffle) A milk & dark chocolate ganache infused with coffee & cardamom. Topped with a coffee sugar.
and the following seasonal chocolates:
(Cappuccino) A distinctive ganache of espresso & dark chocolate, enrobed in dark chocolate, dusted with cinnamon & cocoa.
(Italiano) A bold espresso ganache surrounding a Sambuca cream in a dark chocolate shell.

These chocolates are very good and the flavor options are very creative and probably the best I've seen in Vancouver.. I still like 1 chocolate place better but this is the 2nd best in the city IMO.
