Chinese-Indian fusion cooking at its best.
Great food at a low-er price.
The Indo-Chinese fusion kicks it up a notch and really makes this place different.
The owner is usually there and once you go a few times he knows who you are and gives a bit extra service.
It's a small place so sometimes there's a long wait, but other than that it's good.
WAYYY to salty , too greasy. the service was ok, but it wasnt very welcoming. they didnt even greet us! . my kids and i love they food at ASIAN SPICE, theres never a dissapointing visit there. But chilli pepper food is OK, if u can afford to gaina few lbs.
I don't understand how people think this place is good. It is probably the people who have never eaten real chinese or indian food that think this place is delicious. I didn't like any of the dishes, they were all smothered in too much sauce. I would recommend this place if you want to have high cholestoral and a heart attack.
I'm a big fan of Chinese food, having grown up on it all my life. Chili Pepper House however offers a unique fusion cuisine which I've yet to find anywhere else in the city. Quick service and a packed restaurant on a generally slow evening are indicative of how good the food actually is. If you like spicy food and are looking for a unique twist on your chinese food try this restaurant!
Awesome place. The best indo-chinese food I've had in Vancouver. Better than Green Lettuce.
If you have neve tried Indo-Chinese food...this is the place to try it - all my favourites are here - the Manchurian, American Chopsuey and Fried Rice. Also, a cool collection of Indian beers.
