most of the stuff was good I ordered beef empanada and got a chicken one eventually. If someone likes chicken I guess he will like the Venezuela style chicken empanada.... the mexican food was much better.
it's an OK place. if you're around worth trying
I had the chicken tamale, which I was told was made in the Venezuelan style. This had some curry in it I think, and was wrapped in a vine/banana leaf. The chicken was actual real chicken, with a bone to prove it! None of this mashed up chicken nugget stuff. Delicious! The salsa and lettuce that come with it were also great.
My girlfriend had the chicken burrito, along with the rice and beans (extra). The little bite I had convinced me I will be a return customer. Super friendly lady at the counter. Just over twenty bucks for the meal with 2 pops. Great eat in or take out value.
