This neighbourhood gem has become the coffee stop of choice on my walk to work. The coffee shop/lunch bar has a nice modern feel to it and is always clean and well organized. The staff is super friendly and they have the BEST drip coffee I've had in a long time. I don't know what beans they use but the dark roast i usually get has terrific flavour and never a hint of bitterness...I love my coffee and this place has really good coffee. I don't think the muffins and pastries are made in house but they're always fresh and reasonably priced (good cookies and love he eccles squares). Haven't tried the sandwiches/paninis but they look really good. I love the Blue Tree, I'm so glad I stopped in.
