This happened a couple months ago, and at the time I really didn't have time to sit down and write a comment, but I will do so now as I have a brief moment.
I was at the 495 West Georgia location one Friday afternoon around 1:30 pm, and I asked the customer service girl (she is Asian) what flavours the Chillo Beverages came in. What she did was really unprofessional; she basically pointed to the sign and gave me an unfriendly stare. No, it wasn't a language problem, because she seemed to speak English fluently and was not a foreigner. It was kind of a nonchalant, "I-don't-really-care" type of attitude. I didn't make a fuss about it because I was a bit startled.
About a week later, I was at the same location on a Thursday afternoon around 4:30pm. Again, the same girl was at the counter, and when I placed my order, she did not smile. Furthermore, when she gave me my drink, she just planted it down on the counter, again with the same kind of attitude.
I have not gone back to that location since then.
