Review of Kits Location

Popped in because, quite honestly I needed change for the parking meter. Little did I know that my change from a $5 for 1 cupcake would be less than 50 cents.

Nice, friendly girls working. Over $4.50 for one small cupcake? Wow. Wierd, dark store layout.

Gotta say it's BY FAR the best cupcake I ever had (Peanut Butter) but wouldn't return for another.

I think this place is closed as the phone number answers to a different place

I've tried their cup cake and would say that I did not like them.
I'm not surprised that some of these places are closed down.
The one on Forth street had a sign telling you about the grand opening and below that it had a sign that the place was for lease.

The price and the icing and the dry cupcake was not good.
I bough some for the family and no one liked it. Not the kids because they don't like cream cheese icing. And not the adults because they don't like dry cup cakes.

I would never go back.

I've had better

This place must be new in Point Grey since I can't even find a phone number listing for it. I was in the area and was craving something sweet so I went in to give this place a try. The place looked clean and new and all the cupcakes were neatly arranged in the glass cases. The people working seemed very new to the job, but seemed friendly enough and offered to explain the flavours though I'd already made my decision. The have the choice of unfilled, filled or "premium" cupcakes with unfilled ones starting at close to $3. I got a strawberry shortcake cupcake. I got it in a little bag to go and ate it when I got outside. The cupcake itself was moist and flavourful, but I didn't like how the frosting was piled on very high only in the centre. It made it difficult to eat. The frosting was also extremely sweet. I wouldn't go back. It wasn't good enough for a little $3 snack.
