Beans is an amazing little shop! All of the food is extremely fresh and delicious and the coffee is rich and falvourful, and properly prepared. It's much more than just your average coffee house. I have lived in the area for 3 years and Beans is a destination spot for a great lunch, a great place to study, or to just pick up coffee to go. Even though it's a little coffee shop and not a full restaurant, we make a point of coming here just for lunch or breakfast. They have amazing breakfast bagels and their sandwiches and soups are made FRESH in house every single day. Prices are extremely reasonable and the ambiance is relaxing but upbeat. Family owned and operated, so we also get to support our local economy when we go here. The people who run it are some amazing folks, I was going to bring my mom there for lunch when she was visiting from out of town one weekend, and I asked the guy if they would have this one certain kind of soup that I love, and even though they weren't going to have it available the day I was planning on coming in, he told me to give him some notice next time and he would make sure he had it for me and my mom when we stopped in for lunch. Talk about friendly service from real down-to-earth people! I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone.
Came in for a quick lunch as I heard about this place from friends. Mocha latte to die for- better than SBs. Great homemade sandwiches. Small local coffee-well -their great coffee, food make up for it's smaller size. Ordered an egg salad sandwich~ awesome! Best I've had todate.
