Vietnamese and Cambodian style food.
Discovered this place last week and decided to give it a go. It is actually quite spacious inside (approx 12 tables and is eclectically decorated. There are several neon signs hung on the walls that surprisingly don't draw your attention as well as a mélange of wall art. Tables and floor appeared clean and tidy.
The soup that came with the pho was rather sweet and the accompaniments that came with the pho were sparse. We also ordered the marinated pork vermicelli. We were expecting marinated pork belly but got marinated grilled ham - so you can imagine our disillusionment. Overall, I would say the food is alright. Definitely nothing to write home about. 2 stars in general seem harsh, if half stars were available, I would bump them up to 2.5.
Service was ok. Swift and efficient.
I don't think I'll be going back soon, I'll give it another go in a couple of months. Perhaps.
