Great Wings - Horrible Everything Else

This is the third time I've been here. Like the previous review mentioned, the service is not so good. The servers are nice, but very clueless. This is a super casual wing joint. I guess you shouldn't expect so much. The cups they serve drinks always have this weird toilet water aftertaste. The bottomless drinks are watered down a lot. The wings are amazing. I think that's the only reason I returned this time. However, I'm never going back. Why? Today, I ordered the daily special that clearly states vegetables are included with it. The vegetables (2 celery sticks and 2 carrot sticks, sadly) came after the meal, only when I mentioned it to the server. When it came out, the celery sticks and carrots were drenched in water. Taking a bite out of one, I nearly threw up spitting it out. It was rotten. The celery stick was soggy and gooey texture. The second celery stick looked like someone ate it and put it back on the plate. What kind of quality check is this? When I asked the server, she looked clueless and responded by saying how they're vegetables and vegetables can go bad any time... Note taken. This Wild Wing location DOES NOT care about quality. The manager was nowhere to be found to correct this incident and we did not receive any proper apology. I'm never going back to Wild Wing ever again, and won't recommend this place to anyone I know. How do your servers not know the menus and specials? How can you let customers eat rotten vegetables?
