Problem After Problem

Horrible service save for maybe one server (the others are completely clueless). The manager is rude and disrespectful. I've never been to a place with such bad service and regardless of complaints, they do nothing to try and appease you to win back your business. The entire chain is not a very good one at all but this is by far the worst location.

favourite local hang-out

It was my first time, and i loved it. It is a best place to hang-out with friends, its clean, the food is delicious especially the chicken wings , with more than 50 flavors ( well it was very much hard to decide on the sauce, so its better to have a proper look on the menu before ordering) and the service is good too, the girl was very polite and we received everything ( food and drinks) on time..I would definitely suggest to check this place out.thumbs up, will definitely like to go again more often. CHEERS!!!!

AVOID! The establishment was clean and that's all the good there is to say. Service was average, nothing outstanding. Wings were super dry and not well seasoned. We returned a set of wings and received ones that were worst! The owners of this establishment should be ashamed to charge customers for their subpar food. They need to visit the other Wild Wing locations to see what the wings should look and taste like. Don’t waste your money, stay away!

the servers lack common sense. you get greeted sometimes, when seated outside they fail to bring you the bucket and paper towel...you know things you need when you eat wings?...had a vodka tonic and honestly it tasted like warm vodka water. they are always out of wine and other things. the servers dont know anything about the menu, the answer is always "let me go ask". not enough sauce on wings. the only thing nice about this place is the womens washroom. (the design). only reason i go its cuz its close to my house but everytime i go its the same thing, i guess mangment doesnt care. deffinitly not going back again EVER!!! rather spend an hour on the bus to go somehwere where i can enjoy myself then come here and know the menu better then the servers.

Great Wings - Horrible Everything Else

This is the third time I've been here. Like the previous review mentioned, the service is not so good. The servers are nice, but very clueless. This is a super casual wing joint. I guess you shouldn't expect so much. The cups they serve drinks always have this weird toilet water aftertaste. The bottomless drinks are watered down a lot. The wings are amazing. I think that's the only reason I returned this time. However, I'm never going back. Why? Today, I ordered the daily special that clearly states vegetables are included with it. The vegetables (2 celery sticks and 2 carrot sticks, sadly) came after the meal, only when I mentioned it to the server. When it came out, the celery sticks and carrots were drenched in water. Taking a bite out of one, I nearly threw up spitting it out. It was rotten. The celery stick was soggy and gooey texture. The second celery stick looked like someone ate it and put it back on the plate. What kind of quality check is this? When I asked the server, she looked clueless and responded by saying how they're vegetables and vegetables can go bad any time... Note taken. This Wild Wing location DOES NOT care about quality. The manager was nowhere to be found to correct this incident and we did not receive any proper apology. I'm never going back to Wild Wing ever again, and won't recommend this place to anyone I know. How do your servers not know the menus and specials? How can you let customers eat rotten vegetables?
