The food here is just the best anywhere, you can taste the love they put in! If you like an All Day Breakfast you can't miss...the portions are so big you'll always have enough for a second meal (unless you are *really* hungry!). We go for brunch usually; they make their pancakes the size of a large dinner plate! Waffles are great, but the omelettes...OMG!! Broccoli omellette super-stuffed with crunchy fresh broccoli florets, practically no stems!! Meditteranean omelette with spinach, tomato and just the right amount of feta!! Homemade milkshakes to DIE for, and the gravy for the paprika-laced homefries is absolutely scrumptious! Fantastic soups, huge fresh salads, and I would walk through snowdrifts to get at the meatloaf! I have never found it greasy...only delicious. This family-run restaurant, where they call you by name or 'honey' if they don't know you, is the only thing that could get me out of bed on a snowy, hung-over morning!
And they've opened their new, spacious, airy location now, so you can actually take your family and sit!! I used to think the Tulip was the ultimate in comfort food, but they've lost their crown to P & M. I've taken at least a dozen people here and they have all fallen in love!
Tiny place but lots of regular faces since I started going to this restaurant. Always made to feel at home... fast service, huge portions, amazing salads and home made soups. I heard they are expanding into bigger premises which is always a sign of good business with so many restaurants closing down these days. Always packed and a line up at the take out. Souvlaki is wonderful and a lot of friendly banter, they call many customers by name... Never had a bad meal here and always had enough to take home for another meal... Tried breakfasts, lunch and dinners and a never ending flow of fresh coffee offered up. Good stuff.
This restaurant is amazing. It is a family owned restaurant, which offers a great atmosphere in the sense that you will always feel welcomed when you visit. The space is quite small, and it can occasionally feel cramped when it gets very busy, but the fact that it gets busy enough to cramp the place is a testament to the excellent food and fantastic service. The owners work hard to make your meal enjoyable, and they never treat you like another order, but rather a part of the P&M family. Their prices are exceptional for the food quality and portion sizes that you receive. The restaurant and the kitchen are always clean and tidy, and the menus look AMAZING. I love everything about this place.
I don't even know were to start with this place. Its really small only a few tables and its dirty. For example the ketchup bottles were full of crud. The food is greasy as hell and not greasy in a good way, old smelly greasy. The food was also of very low quality. The prices are decent but again you're getting very low quality food so I would hope the price was decent. The service was also pretty bad, waiting for long periods for the food and the bill. I will be staying clear of this place and I'll be also telling others to do so.
