I've been there a few times, and I never get tired of going there. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were more than I expected. The last time I was there I had their Pad Thai, and it was incredible that I'm looking forward to going back and have it again! THANK YOU PHO NHO!
The menu is huge, offering virtually any sort of Vietnamese cuisine you could imagine. We were suspect given that it is, primarily, a bar and the kitchen seems to be staffed by only one person. Still, we stuck to standard items such as spring rolls, vermicelli soup and a shared beef dish. Food overall was okay. The staff is uninterested in their clientele and more interested in friends drinking at the tiny bar. Competing television sports coverage on two screens and ear splitting music in a small room made us eat quickly and leave. Not recommended for a night out.
