Ok, so my wife and I + a friend went out to this place to have Bo` 7 mo'n "7 course of beef". We were enjoying the food so far, they tasted pretty good. When the Bo` Ta'i Chanh "Beef Salad" came out, we started to eating it, my friend said there's something isnt smell right about this. So my wife and I tasted, and yes, it wasn't tasted right, there were a different smell in it. My friend decided to called a waiter and ask about it. Waiter took it away, so we're back eating our food. Few minutes later, a Cook came out yelling at us, while we were eating our lunch. She said, "There's nothing wrong with her foods, it fresh and made with good materials", people came here saying stuff like that to avoid pay for the meal. That was abit too much insulted to me, ummmm This isnt my 1st time come to the restaurant and YES, I HAVE PLENTY OF $$$ to pay for my own food. I told her there was a smell caused us not to eat it, seem like its very strong, all we wanted to see if ya can check. She went into the kitchen, took out our "beef salad" and gone through our food, said here's the beef, here's the cucumber, here's the etc, etc, that was very very RUDE to us, especially to my friend. I told her please be considered, although yes your food might have nothing wrong with it, just when we eat it, there was an issues, we wanted to addresses the issues, this is very rude to customer experience. She left and still yelling about it to other cooks inside the kitchen. When we left and on the way home, my wife said it probably the smell of BLEACH, either the salad bowl or her hand hasnt cleaned correctly, that make senses about the BLEACH Smell, but its already too late.To be Honest, doing that just make me feel like never wanted to go back and giving them a second chance. They cut the bridges with this, I really dont care how good are their foods are, to me customer services go a long long way. Good Luck to ya.
