Worst Jimmy the Greek location out of all - avoid at all cost

I have enjoyed jimmy the greek since I first landed in Canada, back in 1998. At the time, the franchise weren't as popular as today with less of stores than seen today. Nonetheless, I was always a happy customer for I knew that whenever I order the Chicken souvlaki, it would always satisfy me both in quantity and quality of the food.

I have almost always had chosen Jimmy the Greek when it came to food selection at food courts and there are many timea that I drove to food courts just to have a souvlaki dinner meal.

Then I came across the location at Yonge and Sheppard, one inside the Sheppard centre - I Ordered the same food expecting same quality and quantity that I would always get from other locations across canada, and believe me I have been to more different locations than most would imagine.

The chicken portion - which was always in huge chunk, thr main portion of the meal, was approximately half the size I would normally get. I am not exaggerating - At first, I thought this was just a bad random selection of the skewer that perhaps had unfortunate event to somehow skew small meat than the rest.

Then I noticed the tzatziki on the meat - This was unusually watery, the thick texture of the sauce that it meant to be nowhere to be found and with taste that seemed only mild as if the mixture had added water in excess unnecessarily.

It had unusually big portion of rice, and potato wedges that were too small to be called "wedges".

Overall, the meal had left me wanting for more food once I was done as i was not full, so contrary to how my experience always was with jimmy the greek.

I thought that this was just a bad luck and although I felt very much betrayed, I assured myself and thought that next time this wouldn't happen.

I stopped going to this location for a while but had gone to other locations and received the quantity that I expected to get from Jimmy the greek to my satisfaction.

Surely enough, I was once again at yonge and sheppard location again. This time I was more conscious because of the past experience and because I had received bigger portions elsewhere so I ordered the meal.

Surely enough, this was the same disappoonting quantity and quality of meal that left me bitter towards the brand for the first time - and I could not just let this pass as I love Jimmy the Greek.

You can consider this an official compaint from a loyal customer. Had I not cared about Your food, I wouldn't bother writing this email after my work hours. If this location that is devaluing your brand is allowed to let continue this way, you will lose customers and other franchise locations will surely suffer as well due to brand damage. I don't know what your procedures are towards this type of issue but please either have their standard raised with portions and quality and not have them short change customera this way. It is revolting that they cut the meat in half the portion for the sake of their profit.
