Aside from a carefully chosen selection of 120 ales and lagers, the Beer Bistro kitchen infuses, pitches, cures, marinates, poaches and stews beer in most of its imaginative fresh market cuisine. From mouthwatering sourdough pitched with Cantillon-a cherished belgian lambic, to pulled pork slowly smoked with coffee porter, to beer ice cream.
Beer Bistro has some amazing dishes at reasonable prices but the fries are super. (Bet you can't eat just one!) The beer selections are unmatched and the burgers are excellent. The Rainbow trout salad with the quail's egg is also very good. Patio is very nice and protected from most of the elements.
