Love there pizza and so do my kids . spend about $400 a Month there because my autistic step son is very picky and will only eat their pizza. Today I wanted to order a large pizza so I looked on the flyer and hours of operation were 12 pm on Sundays and holidays. They did not open until 130 and when I asked why they didn't open on time the owner was rude and said oh well. I had ended up buying subway for myself which took away the money for a large pizza because I thought that they were not going to open at all so as I'm walking out of subway he pulls up. So I went home and called in to order two cheese slices for the kids. When I sent my step daughter went there he was rude to her which none of this had anything to do with her. Might I add she's 11. How do u talk to ur customers like this. Especially when they are such loyal customers. Do not advertise a time that u are open if it cannot be done. Regardless if ur sick or not that's why ur the owner and have the ability to hire someone. And do not be ignorant to your customers. Your time is not better than anyone else's. If you kids came home and said the pizza store man was rude to him or her what would u do
Delicious pizza, fresh ingredients, nice, hard working people. The greek salad is by far my favourite of their salads. The quality in general is very good, at such a low price. Because it is a small, private business, the orders take some time to be prepared, WARNING this is not like those fast- food, already made take-outs , everything is prepared on the spot and is very fresh. Our family always enjoys ordering from this family-run business.
The pizza is pretty good for the price. The family run business are always friendly to my girlfriend and I. Its affordable pizza that hits the spot. Great for parties, large events, save $$$ buy from here. Best quality-for price point, if you want gourmet pizza go down the street and pay an arm and a leg for it. If you want good hot food and a good price come here.
This store makes mistakes everytime I order from them, also the pizza is usually cold when it arrives. When I have called to complain they are very rude. I was polite in hopes to fix the mistake, and in return I got cursed at, accused of being a liar and hung up on. Overall the worst customer service I have ever seen!!
The pizza is utterly sub-par and the order takers are universally rude and don't speak english. They also always get the order wrong and when I call to let them know they screwed it up they are nasty and tell me I am lying. If you can order from anywhere else, do so.
1) Prices don't match their locally distrbuted flyer, they'll only honor it if you prove it to them. At this point you're likely going to be yelled at.
2) Regardless of what the ad says, dipping sauces are not included.
3) If you decide to pay exra for the dipping sauce(s), you as a customer have no right to decide which dipping sauces they'll give you, HOW DARE YOU!
4) Don't order a salad of veggie tray, they are very obviously quite old.
5) Pizza is OK, but you wonder about the freshness of their ingredients, see #4 above.
6) Cheapest pizza around, in more ways than one.
The old man working there is very untidy, sweated ,touches his face and nose several times and he serve without gloves and touches crust part of pizza. The ladies Woking there are very rude and doesn't know how to serve customer. They talk to customer like there are giving free pizza. This pizza store is so cheap they don't want to give you napkin until you ask them and when I am asking for extra bag for 2 slice they shows the attitude.
