It has predictable and poor service as one has to repeat often to get the order right, a very high rate of turnover of staff as expected. No better nor worse than, say, a Mickie D's.
The Caesar salad and other value orders are good value, but it used to be better. The chili con carne tastes better than Timmy Horts which is way too salty. However at Wendy's it tends to be too watery which is a shame as it tastes half decent. Burgers are so-so only.
It's a kind of place you want to eat and get out fast.
I order the Mandarin Chicken Salad alot. I love it. Yet, I never seem to get my order complete. The servers either miss my dressing, almonds, or dry noodles or all three. Very frusterating! This has happened to me many times now. Last night being one of them. I ask that servers pay attention and if they can work on their customer service that would be great. Drive through especially, very abrupt and not friendly at all. I wouldn't even bother going there if I didn't like the salad so much.
