I remember trying this place ages ago and not really being wowed by it. I had the standard veggie pizza before. However this is a unique place that sells only vegetarian pizzas even the cheese has no rennet. They also offer some interesting toppings like cashew, tofu and paneer cheese. They have a few special recipe pizzas and we tried the gourmet veggie pizza. It looked amazing and tasted great. The pizza was actually very pretty. The toppings included spinach chiffonades, thinly sliced zucchini, small pieces of artichoke (I liked this as I am not that fond of artichoke), fresh garlic, and fresh tomato's on a base of ranch sauce. The toppings were fresh and flavourful. The pizza looked like it was made with care each bite had a topping it was great. I would expect this quality of pizza in Kits or something. It's a family run place in a strip mall but it's well worth seeking out. I liked that they appeared to be wearing hair-nets and it's an open kitchen. There are a few tables and chairs so you can eat-in. I would love it if they offered fresh basil as a topping even if in the summer. It would also be awesome if they offered eggplant. This place doesn't have rock-bottom pricing but the prices they charge are quite fair as it's a high quality product. Highly recommended, they also offer some apna style pizzas like palak paneer with complimentary cilantro's and chili's. I think non-vegetarians will even be wowed by the pizzas here as the gourmet veggie pizza was very savoury.
