Tim Hortons was founded in 1964, by hockey legend Tim Horton and they’ve been serving Canadians fresh coffee and donuts for over 40 years. In addition to donuts and coffee, they also offer a variety of freshly made sandwiches and soups.
This Tim Horton's location across from Guildford Mall now includes the Cold Stone Ice Cream chain at the same location. I've been to Marble Slab as well but I think Cold Stone is a wee bit more generous with their toppings. Their signature flavours are essentially 1 ice cream with 4 mix-in's so I picked that. You can customize their signature flavours as well. They had a neat oatmeal ice cream that taste like oatmeal cookies almost. I picked peanut butter ice cream as my base then had one Oreo cookie (I don't think that's such great value only ONE oreo), cookie dough (a big chunk oddly enough), chocolate chips and almond pieces all smushed together. It tasted fantastic with the different textures of the ingredients. Recommended but note it is very pricey a regular size cup (which was quite small) came to over $5. Good for a once in a while treat. Although, I wouldn't go out of my way to go here especially if you have a Marble Slab near you.
