This place is continously busy. People know a good thing when they see it. There are always people relaxing on their patio chairs at the storefront sidewalk.

I've tried the Pita Pit back East and found it to be unmemorable.

This Pita Pit location is exceptional.
The staff are polite, cheerful and high energy.
They are efficient and as there are often line-up's they work well under pressure.

The toppings are continiously replenished and best of all they are generous with toppings.

I like the options of romaine lettuce, sprouts in my pita wrap.

While the food won't blow you away, and the meats are mostly processed the combined exceptional staff, good attitude, filling food and fair prices just works.

They get a lower ambiance rating because the store is just too cramped, they need a bigger location.
