Wife and I passed through the grease covered door at 8:30PM on Tuesday July 13, 2010.
We quickly observed three dirty, cluttered, uncleaned tables that had been abandoned by past customers.
I stood in line and picked up 3 Burgers, a McChicken, one large and one small Fries.
There was No Catsup in the Catsup dispenser.....that area was CLUTTERED with shredded paper, dirty Catsup containers, etc..
The floor needed cleaning and trash picked up.
We ate our food.
The McChicken, my Wife reported, was the worst she had ever had.
We both agreed that the Fries had to much Salt.....You could taste the grit on your teeth!
I required more Catsup...but this time there were no little paper cups to dispense it in to!
NEVER AGAIN.
Next day I telephoned to complain and was given a LONG DISTANCE connection (Without being warned) to call in my complaint!
NEVER,NEVER AGAIN!
I love McDonald's and have all my life. I have been eating it almost daily for a decade and alot before that too. This location is right by my house so it is my 2nd home. Food: Addictive! Nothing beats a greasy Big Mac and large fries. Value: Cheap even though prices keep rising. Service: I'm so known here by most of the employees so I get great service. However, some can be dumb. My biggest annoyance is when I ask for a meal supersized, some say "Would you like the meal?" Well obviously. Ambience: Typical McDonald's.
