Le Do serves different variety of soups including Vietnamese style congee. Good selection of menu to choose from.
Originally, we were planning to eat at Asian Spice, but to our surprise, this place turned out to be a Vietnamese restaurant. I thought we tried this place out since we're already here. I could of drove a few blocks over to Pho Tan, but I didn't. Good thing we stayed, I really like the menu selection of their soup. I ordered the Hu Tieu: prawns, squids & pork with rice noodle, with soup on the side. It was delicious!! They added preserved veg. into the dry noodle which boost up the flavor. I haven't found too many places that serve dry noodle with the soup aside. We also shared an order of springrolls and it was good.
My friends split the 4 chicken brochette w/ special vermicelli, and they were happy with their food.
I gave it a 2 on ambiance because they had the TV on loud with the hockey game on. The restaurant was clean, but looked disorganized as they had only open for 3 months. I am looking forward to coming back to try other dishes,
