I work at one of the bank located in Guildford Mall, as usual when I don't bring my lunch I buy lunch at the food court. But on this occasion, I was shopping at Aldo shoe store I noticed one of Aldo's staff was drinking a cup of smoothie so I asked and she told me that it was Jugo Juice smoothie which located right beside Aldo shoes and was told that it was healthy and delicious, so I went to check it out.
When I got there I was greeted warmly and the male staffer (forgot his name) took time to explain to me all the smoothies and foods that their menu offer and I was little bit shy of the price but when the staff took time to explain why their smoothies cost more than Orange Julius because they use nothing but fresh fruits and real juices and their wraps and flat breads are healthier than of the Subways sub because it's less carbs then subway's sandwiches and he backed it up with a full detail nutrition menu of every single items that listed on the menu. I was impressed.
In conclusion, I had a wonderful lunch (mango magic & smoke turkey wrap) for less than $14 and it was DELICIOUS and I don't feel weight down like Subway's sandwiches and less sugary like Orange Julius smoothies. But what impress me the most was the outstanding customer service that I received from this place, the staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jugo Juice, you just got yourself and new loyal customer, keep it up.
